5. Visualize the individual steps in the plan and hang this plan clearly visible.
6. Immediately start putting the first activity mentioned in your plan into action.
7. Work on the activities every day and delete completed points from your to-do list to get motivated. Stay tough and hold on until you have reached your goal!
